The Macgrif Nutrition Calculator is designed to give you a practical understanding of two key things:

1. How many carbohydrates you’re likely to consume for different types of activities.
Whether you're cruising on an easy run, tackling a long ride, or pushing hard on the trails, the calculator helps you estimate your hourly carb intake based on real-world training intensity and duration.

2. How many nutrition products you can expect to use per session on a per-product basis.
Instead of guessing how many gels, bars, chews, or drink mixes you might need, you’ll get a clearer picture tailored to your effort level.

Only products that contain more than 10g of carbohydrates per serving are included. Because of this, you won’t see hydration-only items such as electrolytes or isotonic drinks represented here. This tool is focused on fueling, not fluid replacement.
