Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want your experience to be as smooth as possible, so here’s how our shipping process works:

Order Confirmation & Stock Availability

  • After you place your order, our team will personally phone you to confirm whether all items are in stock. While we do our best to keep our website up-to-date, there may be times when the actual stock situation is different.

Order Processing

  • Once your stock is confirmed, we’ll consolidate your items at our warehouse.

  • Your order will then be scheduled for collection by our courier partner.

  • We typically take 1 - 5 Business days to process your order. Once the order has been processed we will notify you about shipping. 

Shipping & Delivery

  • As soon as your order is picked up by the courier, we’ll notify you by email, SMS and/or phone call.
  • We offer free delivery on orders over R500
  • We offer free local collection in and around Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal
  • Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days from the date your order is collected by the courier, this depends on your geographical location. 
  • We charge a R30 delivery fee for orders below R499 and below. This fee will automatically be calculated at checkout.

  • We partner with Bobgo, a trusted courier aggregator, to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently.
