Order Confirmation & Stock Availability

After you place your order, our team will personally phone you to confirm whether all items are in stock. While we do our best to keep our website up-to-date, there may be times when the actual stock situation is different.
Order Processing

Once your stock is confirmed, we’ll consolidate your items at our warehouse.

Your order will then be scheduled for collection by our courier partner.
- We typically take 1 - 5 Business days to process your order. Once the order has been processed we will notify you about shipping.
Shipping & Delivery
- As soon as your order is picked up by the courier, we’ll notify you by email, SMS and/or phone call.
- We offer free delivery on orders over R500
- We offer free local collection in and around Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal
- Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days from the date your order is collected by the courier, this depends on your geographical location.
- We charge a R30 delivery fee for orders below R499 and below. This fee will automatically be calculated at checkout.
