A 200ml refillable flask for carrying three servings of Gel Mix without the foil-sachet pile-up.
What it is
A reusable gel flask that holds 200ml - three servings of Gel Mix, or 90g of carbs. Empty weight is 18.5g. Mix your gels at home and pour them in, or mix directly in the flask. Either way, no sachets in your pocket and nothing to drop on the trail.
When to use it
- Long runs and rides where you'd otherwise carry three or more gel sachets
- Trail events where dropped wrappers are a hassle (or a DQ risk)
- Training sessions where you want a known carb dose pre-mixed and ready
- Hot pockets and vests where sachets stick, tear, or get lost
How to use it
Pre-mix your Gel Mix at home and pour into the flask, or add the powder and water directly and shake. On the move, flip the lid with your thumb, squeeze, sip, close. The one-way silicone valve and flow-regulating nozzle release gel when you squeeze and seal when you don't - no dripping, no sticky fingers, no gel hand at the next aid station.
Rinse thoroughly with warm water after every use. Don't leave mixed gel in the flask for extended periods between sessions.
